Who’s Nathan?

I was involved in competitive soccer starting in grade school, and even ended up playing a bit in college. But after I stopped playing competitive sports and got married, I ended up with very little discipline when it came to my health and fitness. I ballooned from 170lbs to 237lbs in my 20’s.

Around my 30th birthday, I began to explore information around health and fitness, made significant adjustments to my diet, and began regular cardio workouts. I got back to my college weight in my mid-30’s through a combination of diet, cardio, and calisthenics.

My fascination with nutrition, fitness, and overall health continued into my 40’s - and I finally made things official with NASM certifications in personal training and nutrition coaching.
